I’m Jessica Ozrek, the founder of Awethera Coaching. As a certified DreamBuilder® Coach and Life Mastery Consultant, I’ve seen firsthand how transformational coaching can shift lives, careers, and communities. My mission through Awethera is to guide you to awaken to your inner power, align with your highest self, and create lasting impact that extends far beyond yourself.

The name Awethera was born from a simple truth: your dreams are not coincidences—they are an invitation to explore your highest path. At Awethera, I believe in the awakening of your authentic self and the ether of possibility that surrounds you.

Awethera combines universal principles, proven coaching frameworks, and my years of experience guiding professionals and leaders toward lives filled with purpose and abundance. 

My path—from communications and copywriting, to leading a creative staffing agency, to building a coaching practice—reflects the courage it takes to continually reinvent yourself and pursue your dreams.
